If for any inconvenience a customer would like to return any product, they must follow our return & refund guidelines to ensure that their needs are fulfilled professionally. Using our contact necessities the buyer can explain their concerns, confusions and reasons for returns. We will do our best to contact you as immediately as possible. After communicating with a representative the consumer has a 7-day time gap to ship their product back to us before it can no longer be accepted, due to safety from covid-19 and other discrepancies. We cannot perform a refund until after the product has been received by us in a wholesome condition, which will be made back to the same card which the transaction was taken from during the completion of the order.
